*** A NOTE ON SHIPPING ***All live tarantula orders are shipped USPS Express Mail Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for a flat rate of $25.00. It is advised that you contact me with a date you'd like to receive the package. That way you or someone will be available to sign for the package. Shipments are made from zip code 98102 in Seattle, Washington. If you're unsure if your area is eligible for overnight delivery, you may click HERE to confirm. Some locations are not eligible for overnight delivery, and will take two days for delivery. All packages are shipped in a styrofoam insulated box with heat pack when required. Live delivery is guaranteed only if the package ships via overnight delivery, your local temperature is between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit and someone is available to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. Tarantula orders are shipped seperately from cages. Please read our TERMS before placing an order.

Brazilian Whiteknee (Acanthoscurria geniculata)
A huge terrestrial tarantula that reaches 7 to 8 inches. This tarantula is a highly desired species due to it's combination of size and beauty. They are moderately aggressive, and should be limited to intermediate and advanced keepers.

Antilles Pinktoe (Avicularia versicolor)
The Antilles Pinktoe Tarantula is one of the most beautiful in the world. Spiderlings are bright blue, and eventually grow up to be metallic green, red, and violet. The photo to the left shows the adult coloration. They are a docile, yet skittish species, and are a must for anyone who likes arboreal spiders. Reaches 5-6 inches when fully grown.

Mexican Golden Redrump (Brachypelma albiceps)
Formerly known as Brachypelma ruhnaui, it is a beautiful and rarely seen spider with a golden carapace, blue/black legs and lots of red/orange hairs on the abdomen. It is a terrestrial species from the Pacific coast of Mexico that grows to 5". As with other Brachypelma, these guys can flick urticating hairs.

Mexican Fireleg (Brachypelma boehmei)
Although it is a little bit skittish, the Mexican Fireleg is very docile, colorful, long lived and hardy. Great beginner spider! Adults grow to about 5.5"

Mexican Painted Redleg (Brachypelma emilia)
This terrestrial spider is a nice velvet black color with red hairs on it's patella and tibia and a black abdomen with red hairs. This is a calm, docile species and is good for novice keepers.

Mexican Redknee (Brachypelma smithi)
Being one of the most popular tarantulas, B. smithi is the longest lived species with females known to live up to 20 to 30 years in captivity. They are very calm and docile, which makes an excellent choice for novice keepers and is relatively easy to look after in a terrestrial setup. Adults reach about 5".

Indian Violet (Chilobrachys fimbriatus)
An Indian beauty, these aggressive burrowers have deep violet femurs with slight purple legs and a unique abdominal pattern unlike any other in the tarantula world. These are extreme webbers, much like Pterinochilus or Ceratogyrus, they will consume their habitat with silk.

King Baboon (Citharischius crawshayi)
These burrowing spiders are very aggressive and should only be kept by experienced keepers. They will show aggression to slightest things, and can even hiss. It is said it has quite a toxic venom. Once fully grown, they look awesome!

Singapore Blue (Cyriopagopus sp.)
Adults have a nice overall metallic blue/violet sheen to them and grow to 9"+. They can be aggressive. Keep them in an arboreal cage.

Skeleton Tarantula (Ephebopus murinus)
These are the duckbilled platypus of tarantulas! They have forelegs that are flattened at the ends like an arboreal species, yet they prefer to burrow. They possess the velvety and smallish rear-ends of baboon spiders, yet are indigenous to the Americas. The craziest feature is that they do have urticating hairs, but they're on the pedipalps. They get defensive if bothered,and certainly make it clear that they wish to be left alone with a threat display complete with fangs dripping with venom. Overall, their attractive appearance makes them a great addition to any collection.

Chaco Golden Stripe (Grammostola aureostriata)

The most user-friendly spider in the hobby. These docile giants reach over seven inches across and are an overall greenish-brown color with pink and yellow highlights. Their legs are adorned with thick yellow stripes. Long-lived and completely hardy, whether it is your first captive tarantula or your hundredth - you'll love these.

Cobalt Blue (Haplopelma lividum)
The Cobalt Blue is one of the more sought after tarantulas, primarily for its definite and striking metallic blue coloration. This is a spider with an attitude and is recommended for an experienced tarantula keeper. They are indeginous to the jungles of Southeast Asia. They are deep burrowers that require high humidity to thrive in captivity.

Brazilian Salmon Birdeater (Lasiodora parahybana)
A monster species from Brazil, these are one of the worlds largest tarantulas. Reaching ten inches, this aggressive species is dark brown to black with pink body hairs. These are very hardy, but like other Lasiodora species, they will not hesitate to flick hairs in defense.

Another Poecilotheria species from Sri Lanka. These are comparable to the Indian Ornamental below.

Indian Ornamental (Poecilotheria regalis)
These are stunning arboreal spiders from southern India. Adults reach a leggy 7" legspan. Their speed and bite them a "look but don't touch" display spider. They are a must for every arboreal enthusiast.

Venezuelan Suntiger (Psalmopeus irminia)
This Old World arboreal is very striking with its dark legs and bright orange patterns. Adults reach about a 6" legspan. These are rapid climbers and can be defensive if provoked.

Usambara Baboon (Pterinochilus murinus)
The orange color morph of east-central Africa's starburst baboons. Naturally occurring in the Usambara mountains of Kenya and Tanzania, this species is known to come in a variety of colors, from orange to red and brown to golden. These are aggressive and quick to dart in and out of their silken retreats, but make very hardy and entertaining captives. Keep these dry and they will envelop their entire environment with silk.
